Bindi: B4803 & S4249

My fiance brought back an absolutely stunning peacock-themed sari from his visit to India. I mean, I’d asked for a sari but wow. This was way more than expected.

So that means I can’t just hack it up for a more western skirt. I really need to wear it as a sari. And to do that I need a choli and petticoat.

This particular set is partially wearable muslin. It’s such a stunning sari it seems wrong to wear it with a simple cotton choli. So, I’ll use this set to find a good fit and later I think I’ll buy some matching dupioni–and maybe even embellish it with some embroidery and beading…
