First Knitting Project: Poncho

I wanted to learn how to knit. I’m not sure why. It seemed like the thing to do. So what better to start on then a garter-knit, rectangle of a poncho?

  • Material: 2 balls of Lions Brand Homespun in the Mexicana colorway
  • Notions: Size 10 needles
  • Pattern: Poncho from the Fall 2005 edition of Jo-Ann's Magazine (the rectangle w/ the furry edging--don't have the page number on hand.)
